About Me
Hello, I'm Lorraine, a registered health coach practitioner with a BSc in Biology, a Level 4 diploma in Health Coaching, and a background in the pharmaceutical industry. My journey into health coaching was inspired by my mother, an NHS nurse from the Caribbean, who always has a remedy and proverb on hand.
