12 weekly evening sessions (group of 12 participants)

Each session includes education, practical exercises, group discussion, and goal-setting.

Gradual progression: Week 1 focuses on awareness and small swaps, Weeks 5–8 on craving reduction, Weeks 9–12 on consolidation and habit reinforcement.
