Busy with work, family, and life, chances are you’ve tried “willpower” diets before, only to end up right back at square one. This 12-week Sugar Reset Programme isn’t another quick fix. It’s a proven step-by-step system that combines science, accountability, and support to help you finally take control. Over 12 weeks, you’ll: * Discover why cravings happen (it’s not lack of discipline). * Build new habits that stick — even when life is busy. * Learn practical nutrition strategies (food labels, hidden sugars, balancing meals). * Improve your sleep, stress management, and energy levels. * Get weekly accountability from a supportive group, guided by an expert. Full programme curriculum will be shared following registration. 💡 What’s included: 1 x 1:1 health evaluation - Conducted through an online form, followed by a one-hour introduction to the programme on September 16th. 10 x Group coaching sessions (1hr 15 mins, Tuesdays 7:30pm) 1 x Celebration & review session ( 1hr) Note: November 4th - There will be a much needed break - NO ONLINE SESSION All for just £12 per week – less than your daily coffee habit.

Cancellation Policy
* The Programme fee is £12 per week, payable upfront for the full 12 weeks (£144) or with use of payment plan. * Payments must be received before the start date to secure your place. * 14-day cooling-off period (by law): If you book online, you have 14 days from the day after you sign up to change your mind and get a full refund. Cancellations outside the 14-day window: – Cancel more than 7 days before the start date → full refund. – Cancel less than 7 days before the start date → 50% refund. – After the programme has started (and the 14-day period has passed or been waived) → fees are non-refundable. Membership packages: These are non-refundable once the programme has begun. However, you can pause your membership and use it towards another programme within the next 12 months.
