Feeling constantly tired, even after a full night’s sleep? Struggling to get through the day without reaching for caffeine, sugar, or sheer willpower? You’re not alone – and you’re not imagining it.

In this powerful and practical workshop, we’ll explore how your body creates energy – and what might be getting in the way. Whether you’re living with long-term fatigue, recovering from illness, or simply burnt out from juggling work, kids, and everything in between, you’ll come away with a deeper understanding of how to support your body’s natural energy systems.


Led by Lolly Fontaine BSc GDip, an experienced and certified health coach, this session is grounded in both science and lived experience. After recovering from post-viral Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Lolly has spent years studying the relationship between nutrition, stress, and sustainable energy. She understands the frustration of being told “everything looks fine” – while knowing something isn’t right…
