An initial 90 min, one-to-one session in which I listen to your health history to establish potential root causes.

Develop an individualised action plan to reach your specific health goal(s). Including nutrition guides, nutraceuticals and supplement education, stress management and referrals if required.

Bi-weekly 45 minute coaching session, reviewing progress and adjusting protocols.

(This includes a write up after every session, unlimited email support between sessions, a wealth of resources to support you & simple, affordable and nourishing recipe suggestions)

Are trying to get pregnant, preparing for a parasite cleanse or simply needing to give your body a spring clean?

An initial 50 min one-to-one session in which I listen to your health history to establish readiness for detoxing.

30 minute weekly coaching sessions (3 in total).

3 months - Energy Transformation

Have you recently been diagnosed with Long Covid or lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for years?

A compassionate one-to-one assessment in which I listen to your health history to establish potential root causes for your energy issues and identify your primary symptoms (We can break this session up in to manageable time slots if your energy is very compromised.)

Develop a bespoke plan of action to get your health and wellbeing back on track.

Education: There is a minefield of information avaliable about CFS/ME/PCS. With me as your health coach I will work with you to understand your condition, and understand your personalised route to healing your mitochondria and recovering your health.

Thought management: Pastoral care and counselling for those hard days, includes mindfulness coaching and intention setting.

Nutrition support: Nutrition education, guidance on supplementation biohacking for chronic fatigue issues and meal guides.

You’ll also cover core themes including, energy management, pacing, movement and sleep, as well as support for specific symptoms you have.

Weekly 25 minute coaching sessions (on zoom only).

Service Description

Time will be charged for all meetings and additional phone calls between sessions, scheduled by agreement, with you. Charged at 15 mins (£25)

*This does not apply to packages where additional phone communication maybe included.

All sessions can be booked online or over the phone.

A cancellation fee is charged for consultations canceled or rearranged at less than 48h notice.

I do not advise on medication and any changes in medication should always be made in consultation with your prescriber. Some dietary or lifestyle recommendations may require consultation with your nutritionist, GP or other health practitioner.

Professional health coaches support clients in implementing expert recommendations as prescribed by their professional health care providers. Professional health coaches assist clients to use their own insight to gain new self-awareness and perspectives on their situation that enable personal change to occur.
